Meet Lee Kamelchuk DDS, MD

Dr. Lee Kamelchuk grew up in Alberta, Canada. He received a BSc in Chemical Engineering in 1986 and DDS in 1990 from the University of Alberta.

He then moved to Alabama and completed a hospital dentistry general practice residency in 1991 at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

He remained at UAB obtaining his MD and completing his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1997.

Dr. Kamelchuk moved to Huntsville in 1997. He practices the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is an active staff member at Crestwood Hospital.

Dr. Kamelchuk is board certified and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
